Demand Vintage is a UK-based vintage clothing retailer. We source, grade, and sell authentic pre-owned and vintage clothing directly to customers in the UK and worldwide.

2. Using Our Website
By using demandvintage.com, you confirm that:
- You are at least 18 years old, or are using the site with parental or guardian consent
- The information you provide (name, address, payment details) is accurate and complete
- You will not use our website for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose
We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to our website at any time if we reasonably believe these Terms have been breached.
3. Our Products
All items sold on Demand Vintage are vintage, pre-owned, or second-hand. By their nature, these items may show signs of age, wear, fading, or minor imperfections. These characteristics are part of what makes vintage clothing unique and are not considered defects.
Every item is:
- Hand-inspected by our team before listing
- Graded honestly using our A–C grading system (A Crisp, A Worn, B Grade, C Grade)
- Photographed and described accurately to reflect its actual condition
We encourage you to read the product description and check the grade before purchasing. If you have any questions about a specific item, contact us before buying.
4. Pricing & Payment
- All prices are displayed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable
- Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering
- We accept all major credit and debit cards, PayPal, and other payment methods shown at checkout
- We reserve the right to cancel any order where a pricing error has occurred, in which case we will notify you and issue a full refund
5. Orders & Contract
When you place an order on our website, you are making an offer to purchase. A binding contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation email and dispatch your item(s).
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion — for example, due to stock errors, payment issues, or suspected fraudulent activity. If we cancel your order, you will receive a full refund within 5–10 business days.
6. Shipping & Delivery
- We process and dispatch orders within 1–2 business days
- Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed
- We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers, customs processes, or events outside our control
- Risk in the goods passes to you once the parcel has been delivered to the address you provided

7. Returns & Refunds
You have the right to return unwanted items within 14 days of delivery, subject to the conditions in our Return Policy.
Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you also have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of delivery for a full refund (excluding return postage), provided the item is returned in its original condition.
Please note:
- Mystery boxes and reseller bundles are non-returnable — all sales are final on these products due to their curated nature
- Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition as received
- We do not accept returns where an item's condition matches what was described and shown in the listing
8. Faulty or Incorrectly Described Items
If an item you receive is materially different from its description or grade, or is damaged in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@demandvintage.com. We will arrange a resolution which may include a replacement, partial refund, or full refund depending on the circumstances.
Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected by these Terms.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from your use of our website or products
- Our total liability to you in respect of any claim arising from a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant order
- We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under English law
10. Intellectual Property
All content on demandvintage.com — including but not limited to our logo, photography, product descriptions, copy, and design — is owned by or licensed to Demand Vintage.
You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, or use any of our content for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.

Our website may contain links to third-party websites. These are provided for your convenience only. We have no control over the content of those sites and accept no responsibility for them or for any loss or damage that may arise from your use of them.
