Return Policy

We want you to love every piece from Demand Vintage. If something isn't quite right, here's everything you need to know about our returns process.

Our Returns Window

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return. Items must be returned in the same condition as received — unworn, unwashed, and with all original packaging.

Important: Vintage Condition

Because all of our items are pre-owned vintage pieces, each item is described and graded honestly before listing. We do not accept returns on the basis of general vintage wear that was clearly described at the point of purchase.

What Can Be Returned?

  • Items that significantly differ from their description or grading
  • Items damaged in transit
  • Items sent in error (wrong item received)

What Cannot Be Returned?

  • Items returned after 14 days of delivery
  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered after receipt
  • Mystery boxes and reseller bundles (all sales are final)
  • Items where the described condition matches what was received

How to Return

Email us at info@demandvintage.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll confirm your return and provide instructions. Please do not send items back without authorisation.

Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was faulty, damaged, or sent in error.

Refunds

Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll process your refund within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
