30-Day Return Window:

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. If you decide that your purchase doesn't quite suit your style or fit, we're here to help.

How to Initiate a Return:

Navigate to your order history.

Select the item(s) you wish to return.

Follow the prompts to generate a return label.

Pack the item(s) securely, including the original packaging and any tags.

Attach the provided return label to the package.

Return Conditions:

Items must be in their original, unworn condition.

All original tags and packaging must be included.

Shoes must be returned in their original box.

Intimate apparel and swimwear must have hygiene liners intact.

Return Shipping:

Return shipping is complimentary for orders within the continental United States. For international returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Refund Process:

Once we receive your return and verify its condition, we'll initiate a refund to your original payment method. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

Exchanges:

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.
