30-Day Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to report any issues with your order.
Whether it's a mismatch between the listing and what arrived, or an unexpected problem with the item, we want to hear from you within this timeframe so we can resolve it quickly.
Eligible Reasons for Returns
We accept returns in the following circumstances:
Condition Doesn't Match Description
If the item you received has flaws, damage, or wear that wasn't clearly disclosed in the listing photos or description, we'll make it right.
Inaccurate Measurements
If the measurements of your item differ significantly from what was stated in the listing, and this affects the fit or usability of the garment.
Wrong Item Received
If you received a completely different item than what you ordered – wrong style, wrong color, or wrong product entirely.
Item Damaged in Transit
If your item arrives damaged due to shipping, with tears, stains, or other issues that occurred during delivery.
Grading Discrepancy
If you believe the item doesn't match the grade it was assigned (for example, listed as A Worn but arrived with significant flaws that should classify it as B Grade).
Significant Quality Issues
If the item has structural problems like broken zippers, failing seams, or holes that weren't mentioned in the condition notes.
How to Initiate a Return
If you've received an item that falls under one of the eligible return reasons, here's how to start the process:

Send Your Item Back
Pack the item securely (original packaging preferred, but not required) and send it back using the instructions provided.
Refund or Resolution
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll issue your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days, or work with you on an alternative solution if preferred.

Keep Items Unworn
If the issue is with fit or measurements, we understand you may have tried the item on. However, items should not be worn outside, washed, or altered.
Preserve Condition
Return items in the same condition they arrived. We understand vintage pieces don't have traditional retail tags, so just ensure the item hasn't been further worn or damaged.
Use Original Packaging
Where possible, return items in the packaging they arrived in to prevent damage during transit.

Return Shipping Costs
UK Returns
Return shipping is completely free for approved returns within the United Kingdom. We'll provide a prepaid return label.
International Returns
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs on international orders. We recommend using a tracked service to ensure your return reaches us safely.
Refund Process
Once we receive your return and verify the issue:

Exchanges
Due to the unique nature of vintage clothing, we can't offer direct exchanges – each piece is truly one-of-a-kind.
If you'd like a different item instead:
- Complete the return process for your original item
- Browse our collection and place a new order for something you love
This ensures you get exactly what you want without waiting for stock that may not be available.
Items We Cannot Accept Returns For
To maintain fairness and hygiene standards, we cannot accept returns in these situations:
- Items returned outside the 30-day window without prior approval
- Items that have been worn extensively, washed, or altered after delivery
- Intimate apparel or swimwear that has been worn (tried on is acceptable, but worn outside is not)
- Returns that don't meet the eligible return criteria listed above
- Unauthorized returns sent without contacting us first
