Sizing & Fit
How does vintage sizing work?
Vintage sizing runs differently to modern clothing — a vintage "Large" often fits like a modern Medium. Always go by the measurements listed on each product, not the label. We measure every single item before it's listed. See our full Vintage Size Guide.
Are items cleaned before sale?
Yes. Every item is inspected, steamed, and freshened up before listing. We recommend giving your piece a wash or steam once it arrives, following the care label — see our Care Guide for tips.
Items & Authenticity
Are items authentic?
Yes — every piece goes through our authentication process. We inspect labels, stitching, materials, and era-specific details before anything goes live. Read more about how we authenticate.
How are items graded?
We grade every item honestly before listing:
- A Crisp — Excellent condition, minimal wear. Ready to wear.
- A Worn — Great shape, natural signs of age. Authentic vintage character.
- B Grade — Visible wear, small imperfections. Great for everyday wear.
- C Grade — Heavy wear. Ideal for reworking or bold styling.

What does "one-of-one" mean?
Every vintage item we sell is completely unique — we only ever have one of each piece. Once it sells, it's gone for good. No restocks, no duplicates. This is what makes vintage special.
Orders & Shipping
When will my order ship?
Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days. You'll get a tracking email the moment your order is on its way.
How long does delivery take?
- Standard UK: 3–5 working days (free on orders over £50)
- Express UK: 1–2 working days

Do you ship internationally?
Yes — we ship worldwide. Estimated times: Europe 5–10 days, USA & Canada 7–14 days, rest of world 10–21 days. Customs duties are the customer's responsibility.
How do I track my order?
You'll receive a tracking email with a link as soon as your order ships. If you haven't received it within 2 business days of ordering, check your spam folder or contact us at info@demandvintage.com.
Returns & Payments
What's your return window?
You have 14 days from delivery to request a return. Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, and in original condition. Mystery boxes and reseller bundles are non-returnable (all sales final). See the full Return Policy.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay at checkout.
