At Demand Vintage, we work with wholesale customers who share our passion for authentic vintage fashion. Here are answers to the most common wholesale questions.

How do I become a wholesale customer?

Email our wholesale team at wholesale@demandvintage.com to request a wholesale account. We'll review your application and get back to you within 2–3 business days. Once approved, you'll gain access to our wholesale collection and pricing.

What's the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

Minimum order quantities vary depending on the product type and current stock. Contact us at wholesale@demandvintage.com for current MOQs and wholesale pricing.

What types of products are available wholesale?

Our wholesale range includes individual vintage pieces, curated bundles, and reseller boxes — ideal for Depop, Vinted, and other resale platforms. Stock is updated regularly and availability varies, so get in touch to discuss what's currently available.

How are wholesale items graded?

All items are graded using our standard A–C grading system. Wholesale orders will clearly specify the grade mix included. We're always transparent about condition so you can make informed purchasing decisions.

How does shipping work for wholesale orders?

For larger wholesale orders, we use alternative shipping solutions to ensure efficient and cost-effective delivery. Our team will work with you to determine the best shipping method based on order size and destination. International wholesale shipping is available, though additional lead times and costs may apply.

Can I order internationally?

Yes — we ship wholesale orders globally. International customers should be aware that customs duties and import taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the buyer. Contact us to discuss international wholesale arrangements.

What are your payment terms?

Can I return wholesale orders?

Due to the curated nature of our wholesale stock, all wholesale sales are final. We do, however, handle any genuine discrepancies — if items significantly differ from what was agreed, please contact us within 5 days of delivery.
