Our Grading System

At Demand Vintage, honesty is everything. Every item we sell is carefully inspected and graded before listing, so you know exactly what you're getting. Here's what our grades mean:

A Grade — Crisp

The best of vintage. A Crisp items are in excellent condition — minimal to no visible wear, no stains, rips, or missing details. These pieces may just need a light wash and are ready to wear straight away. Think barely-touched vintage gold.

A Grade — Worn

Great condition with character. A Worn items are still in fantastic shape but show gentle, natural signs of age — subtle fading, a soft feel, or slight wash wear. This is authentic vintage the way it's meant to be. May benefit from a quick wash before wearing.

B Grade

Good condition with visible wear. B Grade items show more noticeable signs of use — small stains, minor damage, or missing details such as buttons or drawstrings. Perfect for those who don't mind a little imperfection, or for anyone who loves a DIY project.

C Grade

Heavy wear — for the bold. C Grade items have significant wear — visible rips, major stains, or heavy fading. Ideal for reworking, creative projects, or distressed styling. Not for the faint-hearted, but full of potential.
